FAQ Created and Rules down

I did have to rewrite a lot of stuff there since I accidentally looked something up on this tab and a majority of the stuff went unsaved...but so far it's workable, even if it's less sophisticated and pretty. Go read them! And I appreciate you telling me your thoughts, good or bad or neutral.
The FAQ was intended to help clean up the Rules. But it seems like the rules are down for now. I'll see what I can do to get it fixed later. But for now, I'm considering this a good thing.
